The story begins from1970’s.

Ramita and Aryan were neighbours,who lived in masangalli, the cozy galli nearby Basantapur .Ramita 6,years old girl was a single daughter of her parents .And Aryan,8 was elder among 3 brothers. They lived the rented room of the houses that were opposite to each other .Their child hood was very beautiful to look at. They spent days playing guccha,ghwai ,lookidoom. Ramita was a don in playing guccha .however ,Aryan used to cheat and used to make Ramita cry .And her mom use to chase Aryan..

Both of them grew to the teen age. They were good friends though they used to quarrel often for silly things .When Aryan turned 13,he started to sell corns, potatoes and grams outside the Ranjana hall.He used to save few money and then struggled a lot having small vendor selling tea ,comics ,newspaper in newroad. Though he had a busy day, Ramita used to come to visit him often and bring him some food to eat. And Aryan would take her to see movies in hall. They even used to dance together in the bollywood songs .Ramita was fond of reading nobels.And Aryan , had a small shop where he sold teas and used to give nobels in hire to the customers. She was lucky to get them in  free from him .

From childhood to teenage and to the twenties they were good friends .Until one day,Aryan’s mother asked Ramita for a favor to convince Aryan to get married and go to meet the lady .Ramita went to convince Aryan and took him to visit the lady’s home to meet. Aryan used to reject all the marriage proposals ,that’s why his mother asked Ramita.Because she knew they were best friends.And Aryan wont refuses what Ramita says.Even both of them were unaware of the feelings for each other .Aryan left from the meeting without saying a word.And Ramita went after him .The other families were in shock that they left without saying a word.

Aryan went straightly without saying a word and Ramita followed him .It was already 8 of the evening .It was a dark night full moon day of mangsir .Ramita followed him to the masanghat .Aryan then,stopped there and waited for Ramita to come near.

Ramita: why did you left from there without  a word?

Aryan : I don’t think I have to reply you

Ramita : why ? why are you angry after all?

Aryan : Don’t you know why am I angry ?

Ramita : No! there is no reason to be .It was a just a meeting.Didnt you  liked that girl.She was so preety . Wasn’t she ? she would be a perfect match  for you .

Aryan : Do you think that so?

(it was a dark night in the masanghat .A total silence .Only two of them .And suddenly there was sound of wolf howling ,Ramita got scared’)

Ramita:why not ?you can only match to her .you are such an idiot to bring me here in this scary place.lets go home (she hold his hand and pulled him)

(Aryan stood still and caught her hand )

Aryan : I love you

Ramita: what ?(full of tears )

Aryan : don’t you hear ? I used to love you from very beginning . But you were the one who didn’t noticed

Ramita: you were the one who expressed it late.And couldn’t know about my feelings

Aryan :ohh!Ramita ! I really love you from the bottom of my heart

Ramita: I knew it already .

Aryan : Why didn’t you told me then?                                                                                                                                                                            

Ramita : to let you confess first

Aryan : I was afraid to loose you as a friend

Ramita : is it so ?thats why you brought me here in this scary place

Aryan: because I didn’t wanted you to run away from me

Both of them,went to their home at that night . Ramita was so scared to tell about Aryan to her mom .She however managed to tell her mom about her relationship with Aryan.But her mother didn’t like Aryan and wanted Ramita to get married to a rich guy.But Ramita refused and told her mom that she would not marry anyone but only Aryan . Because of the fear that Ramita would run away, her mom locked her in her room .Aryan became worried as he hadn’t seen Ramita for many days.They had no means of communication.But Aryan was hopeful to see her at the Indrajatra .

In the first day of indra jatra ,there were many people gathering at Kathmandu Durbarsquare .Eversince the childhood both of them used to watch the jatra from the temple opposite of the kalbhairb.Thus Ramita was hopeful to see Aryan there in the evening . Ramita somehow convinced her mom to watch indra jatra with her friends and waited for Aryan in the temple.To her surprise he was sitting just behind her watching her from behind. Both of them had eyes full of tears when they saw each other

Ramita was hopeful that she would convince her mom but she never accepted Aryan for her daughter.Months passed ,both of them waited for her mom’s approval but she never listened .Because she didn’t want to make her single daughter live in poverty. But Ramita was a optimistic and believed on Aryan.She was blindly in love with Aryan and didn’t wanted to lose him in any cost .She was ready to sacrifice her luxurious life and live with Aryan no matter what the situation. She had confidence to live a happy life with Aryan .

It was the early in the morning,Ramita’s mom went out near by temple for pooja.Ramita was locked on her room.She asked her maid to open the door lock .Then she took nothing but few saving with her and rushed out of her home. Aryan was asusual selling tea in Newroad .She met Aryan and told him that she has fled from her home.Aryan packed his shop and then went to nearby bus stand at ratnapark where they got into the bus which led them to their happy life at Bhaktapur.And the story continues.
